Hello,
I have Celiac disease. This is not a dietary preference, it is a serious health condition. Even trace (invisible) amounts of gluten can make me very sick.
Please pay STRICT attention to the following when preparing my meal:
• DO NOT USE wheat, barley, rye, oats, flour, breadcrumbs, bouillon, or soy sauce.
• If your grill, pan, cutting board, or ladle was previously used for a floured/breaded product, please prepare my food with clean utensils (Cross-Contamination).
• Ensure that no floured/breaded product has been previously fried in the frying oil.
