Membership Agreement and Privacy Policy

1. Parties and Purpose

This agreement is concluded between Nerede Glutensiz ("Platform") and the registered user ("Member"). The Platform aims to help individuals with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity find safe places.

2. Protection, Processing, and Transfer of Personal Data (Privacy Policy)

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and relevant privacy regulations, your identity and contact information are processed for membership registration and security. In order to provide the service at global standards, your data may be stored encrypted on secure cloud servers located domestically or abroad.

3. Camera Access and Usage (Google Play & App Store Compliance)

The Nerede Glutensiz app requests access to your device's camera so you can scan product barcodes and check if they are gluten-free. The camera is only used for the instant scanning process. No images or videos obtained through your camera are saved, stored on our servers, or shared with third parties in any way.

4. Community Guidelines

• Reviews made for places must be based on real experiences.
• Sharing insults, profanity, and misleading content is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for membership cancellation.

5. Entry into Force

This agreement and privacy policy enter into force the moment the Member approves the registration form.
